{"id":16547,"date":"2013-04-10T11:04:00","date_gmt":"2013-04-10T08:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bgports.bg\/a-procedure-for-selecting-an-independent-audit-of-projects-implemented-by-dppi-has-been-opened\/"},"modified":"2026-01-09T12:08:13","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T09:08:13","slug":"a-procedure-for-selecting-an-independent-audit-of-projects-implemented-by-dppi-has-been-opened","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bgports.bg\/en\/a-procedure-for-selecting-an-independent-audit-of-projects-implemented-by-dppi-has-been-opened\/","title":{"rendered":"A Procedure for Selecting an Independent Audit of Projects Implemented by DPPI Has been Opened"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>By Decision No. RD-10-14\/23.04.2013 of the General Director of State Enterprise &#8220;Port Infrastructure&#8221;, a public procurement for selecting a contractor to perform an independent financial audit has been announced.<\/p>\n\n<p>The audit is for the implementation of activities and reporting of expenses for projects that SE &#8220;Port Infrastructure&#8221; implements under Operational Programme &#8220;Transport&#8221; 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the national budget.<\/p>\n\n<p>The announced public procurement has four separate lots covering activities for the projects:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;Creation of a river information system in the Bulgarian part of the Danube River \u2013 BULRIS&#8221;,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Design and implementation of a geographic information system (GIS) for port infrastructure management&#8221;,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Technical assistance for studying the feasibility of implementing the investment project &#8220;Super Burgas \u2013 Public Access Zone&#8221; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) \u2013 Phase 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Participation documentation may be obtained until 5:30 PM on 27.05.2013.<\/p>\n\n<p>The deadline for submitting offers or applications for participation is until 5:30 PM on 03.06.2013.<\/p>\n\n<p>The offers will be opened on 04.06.2013 at 11:00 AM in the building of the General Directorate of SE &#8220;Port Infrastructure&#8221; \u2013 Sofia, &#8220;Shipka Pass&#8221; Blvd. No. 69, 4th floor, conference hall. <\/p>\n\n<p>The opening of offers is public and may be attended by participants in the procedure or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of mass media and non-profit legal entities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Decision No. RD-10-14\/23.04.2013 of the General Director of State Enterprise &#8220;Port Infrastructure&#8221;, a public procurement for selecting a contractor to perform an independent financial audit has been announced.
