The committee of officials appointed by Order No. RD-01-8\/21.05.2014 of the director of “Territorial Division (Branch) \u2013 Lom” of SE “Port Infrastructure” for evaluation of submitted offers for the announced public procurement with subject “Reconstruction of the top floor of administrative building in UPI II, block 32 B according to the plan of Lom city for administrative needs \u2013 first stage” has completed its work.<\/p>\n\n
The contractor selection is conducted according to the procedure of Chapter VIII “a” of the Public Procurement Act.<\/p>\n\n
Within the specified deadline, 3 participation proposals were received, which were reviewed and evaluated according to the “most economically advantageous offer” criterion.<\/p>\n\n
The committee of officials ranked “ABV \u2013 Ruse” Ltd. in first place with an overall comprehensive score of 100 points.<\/p>\n\n
In second place is the proposal of “Komos” Ltd., evaluated with 89.05 points, and in third \u2013 the offer of “Stenli 03” Ltd., which received 77.32 points in the overall comprehensive evaluation.<\/p>\n\n
