at ports, pursuant to art. 106a of the Marine Areas, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria Act (MAIWPRBA) &#8211; Varna and Burgas, the currently effective operators are, as follows:<br\/>For port terminals: Varna-East, Varna-West, Petrol, Lesport, Ferry Complex &#8211; Varna, Balchik, \u201cOdessos PBM &#8211; Varna\u201c, \u201cBase Oils Terminal\u201c and \u201cMarine Antipollution Enterprise &#8211; Varna&#8221;, the port operator for oil-containing waste and domestic waste waters(Annex \u0406 and \u0406V of MARPOL 73\/78) is \u201cMARINE ANTIPOLLUTION ENTERPRISE\u201c JSCO;<br\/>For port terminal \u201cEzerovo Thermal Power Plant\u201c, the port operator for oil-containing waste and domestic waste waters(Annex \u0406 and \u0406V of MARPOL 73\/78) is &#8220;POLIHIM &#8211; SS&#8221; EOOD;<br\/>For port terminals: Varna-East, Varna-West, Petrol, Lesport, Ferry Complex &#8211; Varna, Balchik, \u201cOdessos PBM &#8211; Varna\u201c, \u201cBase Oils Terminal\u201c, \u201cMarine Antipollution Enterprise &#8211; Varna&#8221; and \u201cEzerovo Thermal Power Plant\u201c, the port operator forsolid waste (Annex V of MARPOL 73\/78) is \u201cMARINE ANTIPOLLUTION ENTERPRISE\u201c JSCO;<br\/>For port terminals: Burgas-East-1, Burgas-East-2, Burgas-West, Rosenets, Nesebar, \u201ePort Bulgaria West\u201c, \u201cShiprepair Yard Port &#8211; Burgas&#8221;, \u201cBourgas Shipyards South Pier &#8211; L&#8221; and \u201cTransstroy &#8211; Burgas&#8221;, the port operator for oil-containing waste and domestic waste waters(Annex \u0406 and \u0406V of MARPOL 73\/78) is \u201cMARINE ANTIPOLLUTION ENTERPRISE\u201cJSCO;<br\/>For port terminals: Burgas-East-1, Burgas-East-2, Burgas-West, Rosenets, Nesebar, \u201ePort Bulgaria West\u201c, \u201cShiprepair Yard Port &#8211; Burgas&#8221;, \u201cBourgas Shipyards South Pier &#8211; L&#8221; and \u201cTransstroy &#8211; Burgas&#8221;&#8221;, the port operator for solid waste (Annex V of MARPOL 73\/78) is \u201cOCEAN SHIPPING&#8221;
