By Decision No. RD 10 \u2013 9 \/August 1, 2012, State Enterprise \u201cPort Infrastructure\u201d launches a public procurement procedure under the Public Procurement Act (PPA) with the subject: \u201cCONSTRUCTION OF A RIVER INFORMATION CENTER RUSE\u201d. The procurement is in fulfillment of Project \u201cEstablishment of a River Information System in the Bulgarian Section of the Danube River \u2013 BULRIS\u201d – BG 161 PO 004-4.0.01-0003, funded by the EU through Operational Programme \u201cTransport\u201d 2007-2013, Priority Axis 4 \u201cImprovement of navigation on maritime and inland waterways\u201d. <\/p>\n\n
The procedure covers the activities for construction, technical equipment, and furnishing of the RIS Center Ruse building, vertical planning and landscaping of the surrounding area, reconstruction of an existing quay wall at the entrance of Ruse-West port terminal, and construction of an internal road, establishment of permanent traffic organization for access to the building and a railway crossing to \u201cPristanishtna\u201d Street in Ruse.<\/p>\n\n
The selected contractor will also be responsible for implementing publicity and information measures in accordance with the requirements of Operational Programme \u201cTransport\u201d 2007 \u2013 2013. The tender package includes working designs, provided to candidates on digital media. Deadline for submission of offers – September 10, 2012.
