Electronic Reporting through CEERIS

Electronic reporting on the Danube River in Bulgaria will be conducted entirely through the CEERIS system, which the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company (BPIC) has implemented as the sole platform for international and cabotage navigation.

CEERIS (www.ceeris.eu) aims to enhance transport management efficiency and strengthen the competitiveness of inland waterways in Europe. By standardizing arrival and departure reporting documents at Danube river ports (DAVID forms) and automatically sending them to the competent institutions, the system will significantly simplify the process for users.
