Access to BULRIS

Instructions for completing the Application for access to the Vessel Traffic Visualization subsystem of BULRIS (VTT subsystem):

The application shall be completed in the form attached below (completion is electronic, not handwritten), which must include the following details:

  1. The full names of the persons for whom access is requested shall be filled in Cyrillic in accordance with an identity document. For persons who are not Bulgarian citizens, an application in English shall be used and completed in Latin.
  2. The name of the company and the position of the person who will receive access to the VTT subsystem must be indicated.
  3. Current address for correspondence of each of the persons.
  4. Current telephone number for contact of each of the persons.
  5. Fax number (if available).
  6. Accurately written email address of each of the persons, with mandatory observance of all symbols in order to avoid errors.

The methods for submitting the completed application to the River Traffic Management – Danube River Directorate are as follows:

  1. The completed electronic form shall be printed and signed, then scanned and sent to the email address: support@bulris.bg. Upon receipt of the accounts, the original of the application, duly signed and stamped, shall be provided.
  2. The original of the application shall be submitted to the River Traffic Management – Danube River Directorate, Ruse 7000, 20 A Pristanishtna Str.
  3. The completed and printed electronic form shall be sent by courier to the address: Ruse 7000, 20 A Pristanishtna Str. – River Traffic Management – Danube River Directorate.

The applicant is personally responsible for the correctness of the data submitted in the application.
