By Decision No. RD-10-14/23.04.2013 of the General Director of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”, a public procurement for selecting a contractor to perform an independent financial audit has been announced.
The audit is for the implementation of activities and reporting of expenses for projects that SE “Port Infrastructure” implements under Operational Programme “Transport” 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the national budget.
The announced public procurement has four separate lots covering activities for the projects:
- “Creation of a river information system in the Bulgarian part of the Danube River – BULRIS”,
- “Design and implementation of a geographic information system (GIS) for port infrastructure management”,
- “Technical assistance for studying the feasibility of implementing the investment project “Super Burgas – Public Access Zone” and
- “Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) – Phase 3.
Participation documentation may be obtained until 5:30 PM on 27.05.2013.
The deadline for submitting offers or applications for participation is until 5:30 PM on 03.06.2013.
The offers will be opened on 04.06.2013 at 11:00 AM in the building of the General Directorate of SE “Port Infrastructure” – Sofia, “Shipka Pass” Blvd. No. 69, 4th floor, conference hall.
The opening of offers is public and may be attended by participants in the procedure or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of mass media and non-profit legal entities.
