The Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications (MTITC) has initiated a procedure for granting a service concession for: “Port Terminal Ruse-West, part of the port for public transport of national importance Ruse”.
The announcement of the procedure is published on the electronic page of the State Gazette at the electronic address: http://dv.parliament.bg/DVWeb/index.faces, under No. 1 of 02.08.2012, as well as on the electronic page of MTITC: http://www.mtitc.government.bg/ in the section “Concessions-Current”.
