By Decision No. RD-10-29/13.11.2013, State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” initiated a procedure for the selection of a contractor under Article 14, paragraph 3, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, concerning
“Rehabilitation of pavements at Ruse – East port terminal with two sub-objects: rehabilitation of a ramp railway track and rehabilitation of an area for its establishment as an open warehouse.” A detailed description of the rehabilitation construction and installation works is contained in the technical assignment and the bill of quantities, which are part of the tender documentation.
Full access to the tender documentation has been provided to all interested parties electronically on the official website of the contracting authority (www.bgports.bg) in the section “Buyer Profile” from the date of the decision to open the procedure until 5:30 PM on 2013-12-09. Notices and announcements regarding the progress of the procedure will be published at the same address.
Tenders for participation are accepted at the Head Office of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” at the address: Sofia, Shipchenski Prohod Blvd., No. 69, 4th floor, “Registry Office” until 5:30 PM on 2013-12-16.
The received tenders will be opened at 10:30 AM on 2013-12-17 at the Head Office of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” in Sofia. The opening of the tenders is public, and participants in the procedure or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of the mass media and non-profit legal entities, may attend.
