Procedure for awarding a public procurement contract through an open procedure under the Public Procurement Act with subject: “Consulting services for the implementation of project IRIS Europe 3 for: 1. Analysis, pre-project study and implementation of a pilot project for mobile applications for RIS services; 2. Study of the interoperability between RIS and VTMIS services and analysis, pre-project study and implementation of a pilot project;
3. Improving the legal, organizational and technical environment for the implementation of RIS services; 4. Promoting the achievements of the IRIS Europe-3 project” and a public procurement notice published in the Public Procurement Register with ID No. 605176
Pursuant to Art. 69a, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, we hereby notify the participants in an open procedure under the PPA with subject: “Consulting services for the implementation of project IRIS Europe 3 for: 1. Analysis, pre-project study and implementation of a pilot project for mobile applications for RIS services; 2. Study of the interoperability between RIS and VTMIS services and analysis, pre-project study and implementation of a pilot project; 3. Improving the legal, organizational and technical environment for the implementation of RIS services; 4. Promoting the achievements of the IRIS Europe-3 project”, that the opening of the price offers will take place on 25.07.2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the building of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” at the following address: Sofia 1574, 69 Shipchenski Prohod Blvd., 4th floor, meeting room.
The participants in the procedure, their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of non-profit legal entities and the media have the right to attend.
