A contractor has been selected for implementing energy efficiency measures in the building of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” in Sofia

State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” conducted a public procurement with the subject: “Execution of construction works as means of implementing the measures proposed for increasing the energy efficiency of the building at 69 Shipchenski Prohod Blvd., Sofia (thermal insulation of the building’s roof, replacement of the existing staircase windows with PVC double-glazed windows, and renovation of the staircase)”.

The procurement was conducted through a general public invitation under Article 8, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act between State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”, the Nuclear Regulatory Agency, the Council for Electronic Media, and the Communications Regulation Commission.

The ranking of participants is as follows:

1st place: Participant No. 2 “ELEKTRA TEAM” Ltd., Sofia, with a price offer of 104,237.56 BGN (one hundred and four thousand two hundred thirty-seven leva and 56 stotinki) excluding VAT and a total of 80.58 points according to the evaluation methodology.

2nd place: Participant No. 4 “Sedstroy” EOOD, Samokov, with a price offer of 80,159.43 BGN (eighty thousand one hundred fifty-nine leva and 43 stotinki) excluding VAT and a total of 77.50 points.

3rd place: Participant No. 5 ET “Shipkov – Yovko Kumanov Shipkov”, Sofia, with a price offer of 92,719.26 BGN (ninety-two thousand seven hundred nineteen leva and 26 stotinki) excluding VAT and a total of 77.08 points.

4th place: Participant No. 3 “Kalistratov Group” Ltd., Sofia, with a price offer of 106,108.62 BGN (one hundred and six thousand one hundred and eight leva and 62 stotinki) excluding VAT and a total of 69.51 points.

5th place: Participant No. 1 “Neostroy” EOOD, Sofia, with a price offer of 99,558.93 BGN (ninety-nine thousand five hundred fifty-eight leva and 93 stotinki) excluding VAT and 66.36 points.

The participant “ELEKTRA TEAM” Ltd., Sofia has been selected as the contractor for the public procurement and based on Article 101e, Paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, Contract No. 35/05.08.2014 has been signed for its implementation.
