State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” /SEPI/ announces a public procurement under Article 14, paragraph 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act with the subject: “Supply of office materials and office consumables for the needs of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure“.

Brief description:
This procurement aims to select a Contractor for the supply of office materials and office consumables for the needs of SE “Port Infrastructure”.
State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” is a legal entity within the meaning of Article 62, paragraph 3 of the Commercial Act, with headquarters in Sofia and management address: 69 “Shipka Pass” Blvd., with branches – territorial divisions, as follows:
1. Territorial division /branch/ Varna, with address: Varna, 1 “Slaveykov” Square;
2. Territorial division /branch/ Burgas, with address: Burgas, 1 “Prince Alexander Battenberg” Street;
3. Territorial division /branch/ Ruse, with address: Ruse, 22 “Pristanishna” Street;
4. Territorial division /branch/ Lom, with address: Lom, “Independence” Square.
The delivery is planned to be carried out periodically within one year from the conclusion of a contract with the selected contractor. The office materials and office consumables should be delivered to the Main Office and to the territorial divisions /branches/ of SE “Port Infrastructure” at the addresses specified above. The delivery should be carried out based on a written request submitted by employees designated by the contracting authority with specified particular items and quantities. The delivered materials and consumables will be accepted based on bilaterally signed acceptance-delivery protocols by persons designated by the contractor and the contracting authority.
The deadline for submitting offers is until 17:30 on 28.01.2015.
Participation in the order is open to any Bulgarian and foreign natural and legal persons, as well as their associations, who meet the conditions specified in the Public Procurement Act and the announced requirements of the contracting authority.
The opening of the offers is public, and participants or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of the media and other persons, may attend, subject to the established access regime to the contracting authority’s building.
The offers will be opened by a commission appointed by the contracting authority at the Main Office of SE “Port Infrastructure”, Sofia 1574, 69 “Shipka Pass” Blvd., 4th floor, conference hall, on 29.01.2015, 11:00 AM.
