The subject of this procurement is the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance for laser printers, multifunction devices, copiers, and fax machines located at the Head Office of the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company in Sofia and in the branch territorial divisions of the enterprise in Varna, Burgas, Ruse, and Lom. For this purpose, a one-time initial analysis and survey of the technological environment of SE “Port Infrastructure” and its branches should be conducted. This analysis should include familiarization with the types and models of existing laser printers, multifunction devices, copiers, and fax machines. The aim of this analysis is to identify and assess the condition of the maintained equipment, as well as to divide it into two maintenance classes: technical devices with critical functionality in the Head Office Sofia – HP LaserJet P3015 – 2 pcs, Xerox WorkCentre M128, and Xerox WorkCentre M118; technical devices with non-critical functionality are the remaining laser printers, multifunction devices, copiers, and fax machines. Out-of-warranty maintenance of the equipment: For devices with critical functionality, whose failure leads to critical situations regarding the operability of the systems, on-site subscription maintenance and/or replacement with a spare device with the same or higher technical specifications is provided. For devices with non-critical functionality – laser printers, multifunction devices, copiers, and fax machines that are not critical to the continuous workflow of the offices, maintenance must be provided at the participant’s service center.
