The subject of this order is “Organization and implementation of round-the-clock physical security and ensuring access control in facilities of the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months. The subject of the order includes the organization and implementation of round-the-clock physical security and ensuring access control of the following facilities of the contracting authority: Facility No. 1: RPC “Kitka”, Varna Region. The facility is located on an area of 159 decares, with access to it via an asphalt road in the direction of Kitka village and Ravno pole village. The facility is surrounded by a double fence of barbed wire and metal mesh. On the territory of the facility there is a checkpoint building, an administrative building, technical and storage buildings, technical and antenna facilities. Appendix – cadastral plan of the site. Location: located 22 km from the city of Varna, located in a forest area 2 km from the village of Kitka, Varna Region. Facility No. 2: RPC “Kichevo”, Varna Region. The facility is located on an area of 28 decares, with access to it via an asphalt road in the direction of Kichevo village. The facility is surrounded by a double fence of metal mesh. On the territory of the facility there is a checkpoint building, an administrative building, technical and storage buildings, technical and antenna facilities. Appendix – cadastral plan of the site. Location: located 12 km from the city of Varna and 1 km from the village of Kichevo, Varna Region. Facility No. 3: “Repair and technical base” in the Southern Industrial Zone of Varna. The facility is located on an area of 19 decares and is surrounded by a metal fence. On the territory of the facility there is a checkpoint building, repair base buildings, storage rooms and a pier for boats on the bank of the canal. Appendix – cadastral plan of the site. Location: in the Southern Industrial Zone of Varna and borders the “Sea-Lake” canal. Facility No. 4: Port facility at Cape Shabla – marine overpass with an island platform. The facility is 400 m long from Shabla lighthouse in an easterly direction into the Black Sea. Location: located about 5 km east of the town of Shabla, individualized according to a geodetic survey from 27.08.2012 with coordinates of the boundary points from No. 1 to No. 13.
