The subject of the order is the development of a “Project for the restoration of the embankment and armouring of the quay and slipway, adjacent to the building ‘Coastal Vessel Traffic Management Center'”. The execution of the subject of the public procurement will be carried out on the basis of a Technical Specification and includes the execution of the following activities: Elaboration of a working project in scope and content, in accordance with the Technical Specification for design and all regulatory documents. The project shall be prepared in scope and content according to Ordinance №4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, for phase: working project. It is subject to согласование with control bodies and operating companies before its submission for assessment of compliance with the essential requirements for construction works, approval and issuance of a building permit. Project cost estimate documentation shall be prepared. The working project shall be submitted in 2 /two/ original copies on paper and 2 copies on electronic media in scope and content meeting the requirements of Ordinance № 4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and the design assignment. All documents must be authorized with the relevant signatures of the compilers, seals for full design capacity and seal of the Contractor. Up-to-date copies of eligibility and a copy of the insurance policy under Art. 171 of the Spatial Development Act shall be attached to the project parts. All copies shall be certified “True to the original”.
