By Decision No. RD-10-33-1 of 05.12.2013 of the General Director of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”, changes have been approved to the announcement and documentation for participation in the public procurement with subject:
“Consulting services for waste management in Bulgarian ports for public transport of national importance”, financed with funds from the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union through Priority Axis “Technical Assistance” of Operational Programme “Transport” (OPT) 2007-2013.
The amendments are in fields III.2.3) and VI.3) of the announcement and respectively in section II “Conditions for participation and conditions for exclusion” and section XIV “Methodologies for evaluation of offers” of the participation documentation and have been made in implementation of the PPA Report on the legality of the public procurement procedure.
