Announcement of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications

  1. Pursuant to Art. 115n, item 1 and Art. 115o, item 1 of the Law on Maritime Spaces, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria, in connection with Art. 59, para. 1, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Rules for Implementation of the Law on State Property /RILSP/, adopted by Decree No. 254 of 15.09.2006 /promulgated, SG, No. 78 of 2006/, letter ref. No. 06-02 111/07.07.2016 of the General Director of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” /SE “Port Infrastructure”/ and decision from a meeting of the Management Board of SE “Port Infrastructure”, held on 07.07.2016, the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications TERMINATES:
    1. The procedure for the sale of real estate – private state property with administrative address Burgas, Port, Terminal – East, provided for management to SE “Port Infrastructure”, representing the first floor of a building with identifier 07079.618.1020.1 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers of Burgas, consisting of a separate site in a building with identifier 07079.618.1020.1.1 with a built-up area of 2213.09 sq.m. and a separate site in a building with identifier 07079.618.1020.1.2 with a built-up area of 200.77 sq.m., located in a land property with identifier 07079.618.1020 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers of Burgas, with boundaries of the sites: for a separate site with identifier 07079.618.1020.1.1: on the same floor: 07079.618.1020.1.2; below the site: none; above the site: 07079.618.1020.1.3; and for a separate site with identifier 07079.618.1020.1.2: on the same floor: 07079.618.1020.1.1; below the site: none; above the site: 07079.618.1020.1.3. described in act of private state ownership No. 7480 of 09.06.2015, issued by Burgas District, opened by Decision No. RT-18/17.05.2016 of the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications.
    2. The funds of the candidate buyers who have purchased tender documentation and the deposits paid for participation in the tender should be refunded.
    1. I assign the implementation of this order to the General Director of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”.
    2. The order shall be brought to the attention of all interested parties for information and implementation.
