By decision of the General Director of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”, the participants in the conducted open procedure for awarding a public contract with subject: “Design and construction (engineering) and furnishing of buildings for coastal centers for management and information services for navigation Burgas and Varna” under project: “Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) – PHASE 3”, financed under Priority Axis 4 “Improving navigation on maritime and inland waterways” of Operational Programme “Transport” 2007-2013, have been ranked.
In first place, the commission ranked “Midia-Diana Commerce” JJSC with a comprehensive evaluation of 92.47 points.
In second place – JJSC “TSP-Varna” with a comprehensive offer evaluation of 75.67 points.
The execution of the contract encompasses the design, construction and furnishing of centers for management and information services for navigation in Burgas and Varna.
Project BG 161 PO 004-4.0.01-0005 “Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) – phase 3” provides for completion of infrastructure construction and expansion of the scope and functions of the Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) and includes activities for construction of operational traffic management centers in Varna and Burgas, implementation of radar surveillance system, AIS services, video and meteorological services, radio direction finding, VHF communication and technological construction of transmission environment. The total value of the project is 39,145,117.96 leva.
