The work of the commission appointed by order of the Director General of DPPI to conduct a public auction for the sale of movable property – private state property containing ferrous and non-ferrous metals has been completed.
Applications for participation in the auction were submitted by four candidates. After verification of the availability of all required documents according to the tender documentation and their compliance, all candidates who submitted applications were admitted to participate in the auction.
The auction was conducted in the building of the Head Office of SE “Port Infrastructure” in Sofia, in the presence of representatives of all participants.
The bidding started from the determined initial tender price of BGN 60,470.00 (sixty thousand four hundred and seventy leva), with a bidding step of BGN 647 excluding VAT, representing 1.07% – one whole and seven hundredths percent, according to the Director General’s order for opening the auction.
The achieved sale price is BGN 61,117 (sixty-one thousand one hundred and seventeen leva), offered by the candidate “EL ZET VARNA” EOOD.
After approval of the commission’s work protocol by the Director General of SE “Port Infrastructure”, a contract was concluded with the participant “EL ZET VARNA” EOOD for the sale of movable property – private state property containing ferrous and non-ferrous metals for 68 (sixty-eight) inventory items, according to a detailed inventory list.
