The present public procurement includes the design, construction and commissioning of a modern common communication system for the ports of Varna and Burgas, which includes: – Elaboration of a conceptual design of the WCS (wireless communication system) for sites according to Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; – Coordination and approval of a conceptual design for sites within the meaning of Art. 142 of the Spatial Planning Act; – Issuance of building permits for sites within the meaning of the Spatial Planning Act; – Elaboration of a detailed design for sites according to Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; – Approval of a detailed design for sites; – Elaboration of a system design (architecture and topology of the WCS, communication links, power supply links, equipment layout for sites, radio zones, data flows, network monitoring and management system, archive data and statistics capabilities, scope of supplies, test methodology) common to all sites; – Approval of a system design by the Contracting Authority; – Supplies of materials, tools, equipment and spare parts; – Current repair of communication rooms; – Rehabilitation of existing steel lattice structures; – Construction of WCS – construction and installation works, installation, configuration, optical cable lines for sites; – Construction of a Network Monitoring and Management System; – Acceptance tests of the WCS for sites; – Commissioning for sites within the meaning of the Spatial Planning Act; – Training of the technical staff of the Contracting Authority; – System test of the WCS; – Maintenance of the constructed WCS for a period of 1 year; – Information and publicity activities.
