The preparation and content of the working project must be carried out in accordance with the technical specification and the requirements of Article 23 and Article 24 of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, to be compiled in 5 (five) copies and 2 (two) on CD. EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS. The contractor must perform the planned construction and installation works under the subject of the order based on the working project and Technical Specification prepared, coordinated, and approved within the framework of this public procurement.
