Design and Construction of a New Water Supply Pipeline for Varna Ferry Complex

Status: Completed, Type: Construction. The subject of this procurement is ‘Design and Construction of a New Water Supply Pipeline for Varna Ferry Complex’. The facility, which is the subject of this procurement, is a water supply pipeline for the drinking and domestic needs of the Varna Ferry Complex, including its building connections. It was constructed in 1978 and is located in the town of Beloslav, in the ‘Manastira’ area. The condition of the water supply pipeline within the Varna Ferry Complex area and its associated facilities is unsatisfactory. The existing pipeline consists of steel pipes, with varying diameters in different sections—250 mm, 100 mm, and smaller for the branches. The pipeline network is old and worn out, leading to constant leaks, breakdowns, and deteriorated water quality. The purpose of this procurement is to design and construct a new water pipeline that will completely replace the existing pipeline, including the building connections within the Ferry Complex area. The new pipeline will utilize the existing route, which is approximately 4,000 meters long.
