They have a total area of 148 sq.m. Access to the building is restricted through a checkpoint due to the fact that the port terminal is a border zone. The premises have outdated and in some places broken window frames, the flooring is made of old, cracked terracotta tiles, and the interior doors are old and warped. There are no lighting fixtures.
