Construction and installation works on the project: “Rehabilitation of the road connection linking the rear of the western quay and the railway ramp at the “Import-Export Cargo Warehouse” and drainage of the western part of the coal quay,” comprising repair works, excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete laying, and other types of construction and installation works, as detailed in the Technical Specification and included in the Bill of Quantities attached to this documentation. The site to be rehabilitated is located on the territory of the Ruse-East port terminal, part of the Ruse port for public transport of national importance. The construction and repair activities planned for implementation fall within the hypothesis of Art. 151 of the Spatial Planning Act and do not require the issuance of a building permit.
