State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” /DPPI/, Territorial Division /branch/ Ruse announces a public procurement procedure pursuant to Art. 14, para. 4, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, with subject: “Rehabilitation of open storage areas at the rear of the western quay in the Ruse-East port terminal.”

Brief description:
The purpose of this order is to select a Contractor for carrying out construction and installation works on the site: “Rehabilitation of open storage areas at the rear of the western quay in the Ruse-East port terminal, representing repair works, excavation works, formwork, reinforcement, concrete laying and other types of construction and installation works.
The site to be rehabilitated is located on the territory of the Ruse-East port terminal, part of the Ruse port for public transport of national importance.
The construction and repair activities planned for implementation fall within the hypothesis of Art. 151 of the Spatial Planning Act and do not require the issuance of a building permit.
The deadline for submitting offers is until 17:30 on March 27, 2015.
Participation in the order is open to any Bulgarian and foreign natural and legal persons, as well as their associations, who meet the conditions specified in the Public Procurement Act and the announced requirements of the contracting authority.
The opening of the offers is public, and participants or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of the media and other persons, may attend, subject to the established access regime to the contracting authority’s building.
The offers will be opened by a commission appointed by the contracting authority on March 30, 2015, from 14:00 in the building of the territorial division /branch/ Ruse, address: Ruse, 22 Pristanishtna Str., entrance B, floor. 2.
