Pursuant to Article 39, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, with Decision No. RD 10-18/07.11.2012, the Director General of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” terminates the open procedure for selecting a contractor under the Public Procurement Act for the project: “New passenger terminal from berth 1 to berth 4 at Port Terminal Burgas – East.” Of the three participants who submitted documents for participation in the procedure, none were admitted to the ranking.
