State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” /SEPI/, with headquarters and management address: Sofia – 1574, “Shipka Pass” Blvd. No. 69, 4th floor, tel: 02/8079999, fax: 02/8079966, based on Art. 61 and Art. 64, para. 1 of the State Property Act, Art. 69, para. 1 of the Regulations for Implementation of the State Property Act and Art. 20, para. 4, in connection with Art. 1, para. 1 and para. 2 of Ordinance No. 7 of 14.11.1997 for the sale of movable property – private state property, announces an auction with open bidding for the sale of discarded ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The auction will be held on 05.06.2012 from 10:00 AM, in the building of the Main Administration (MA) of SEPI in Sofia, “Shipka Pass” Blvd. No. 69, 4th floor.
The initial auction price is 52,710 leva.
The tender documentation for participation in the procedure can be purchased every working day between 09:30 AM and 17:00 PM after publication of the auction announcement until 17:00 PM on 04.06.2012 in room 415, MA of SEPI in Sofia, “Shipka Pass” Blvd. No. 69, 4th floor, against a document for advance payment to SEPI’s account at “Central Cooperative Bank” AD – Khimimport branch IBAN BG39 CECB 9790 1043 0528 00, BIC CECBBGSF non-refundable amount of 36 leva. Upon written request and presentation of a document from an interested party, it may be sent to an address specified by them at their expense.
Inspection of the items for sale can be carried out every working day from 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM until 04.06.2012, inclusive, in the presence of a SEPI representative after prior application and presentation of a payment document for purchased tender documentation.

The participation deposit is 5,271 leva and should be paid to SEPI’s account at “Central Cooperative Bank” AD – Khimimport branch IBAN BG39 CECB 9790 1043 0528 00, BIC CECBBGSF.
Applications for participation, accompanied by other documents, must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope until 17:30 PM on 04.06.2012 at the registry office of the MA of SEPI in Sofia, “Shipka Pass” Blvd. No. 69, floor 4.
Auction participants must present: Certificate of current status of the trader/document certifying unified identification code according to Art. 23 of the Commercial Register Act; Certificate that the trader is not in liquidation proceedings, has not been declared insolvent and is not in open insolvency proceedings; Permit for carrying out waste recovery and/or disposal activities, including pre-treatment before recovery or disposal under Art. 37 of the Waste Management Act; License for commercial activity with ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste; Schedule for transportation of the discarded metals; Document for deposited guarantee; Declaration or other document showing that the candidate has available own or rented equipment for performing underwater technical, ship lifting and special diving work; Declaration or other document showing that the candidate has at their disposal at least one person holding a diver certificate from CMAS, PADI or NAVI; Declaration that the candidate has no monetary obligations within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act; Declaration of conducted inspection; Declaration of origin of funds under Art. 4, para. 7 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act; Declaration of confidentiality of information received in connection with conducting the auction; Document proving the purchase of tender documentation.
