Today (11.09.2012), in the presence of representatives of the candidate companies and experts from the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, the documents of the participants in the procedure announced by State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” for selection of a contractor under the Public Procurement Act with the subject “Construction of River Information Centre Ruse” were opened.
The contract is in implementation of the project “Creation of a river information system in the Bulgarian section of the Danube River – BULRIS” – BG 161 PO 004-4.0.01-0003, lot 1: “Construction of RIS Centre Ruse and construction supervision”, financed under priority axis 4 “Improvement of navigation on sea and inland waterways” of Operational Programme “Transport” 2007-2013, with specific beneficiary State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”.
Documents for participation in the procedure have been submitted by:
- “Technoimportexport” AD;
- “Consortium Danube”: “Chris Group” EOOD, “VT Engineering” OOD and “BSA” OOD;
- “Totema Engineering” EAD
The silhouette of the building of the future centre for river information services will be fully integrated as a spatial-volumetric solution in the urban landscape of the port area of the city of Ruse. With the construction of RIS Centre Ruse, the second phase of the implementation of project BG 161 PO 004-4.0.01-0003 “Creation of a river information system in the Bulgarian section of the Danube River – BULRIS”, financed with EU funds through Operational Programme “Transport” 2007-2013, practically begins. The commission for selection of a contractor will announce the results of the review and evaluation of the offers by 11.10.2012.
