Pursuant to Art. 13b of the Regulations on the Procedure for Exercising State Rights in Commercial Companies with State Participation in Capital, in connection with § 2 of the Transitional and Final Provisions to Decree No. 127 of May 27, 2013, of the Council of Ministers for supplementing the Regulations on the Procedure for Exercising State Rights in Commercial Companies with State Participation in Capital
and pursuant to Order No. RD-08-16/12.01.2010 of the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, amended and supplemented by Order No. RD-08-79/11.02.2010, Order No. RD-08-57/04.02.2011, Order No. RD-08-112/22.02.2013, Order No. RD-08-355/04.02.2012, Order No. RD-08-355/04.02.2012, Order No. RD-08-125/01.03.2013, Order No. RD-08-207/09.04.2013, and Order No. RD-08-428/05.08.2013, and letter from the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications No. 10-45-422/18.11.2013 approving the procedure, Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company hereby invites all commercial banks holding a valid license/permission from the Bulgarian National Bank to conduct banking activities in the Republic of Bulgaria to submit offers for financial services.
