State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” with Decision No. RD-10-30/14.11.2013 opened a procedure for selection
of a contractor under Article 14, paragraph 3, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act with the subject “Rehabilitation for maintaining the design depths of the water area of Svishtov port terminal”. The rehabilitation works include dredging of accumulated sediment materials in the water area outside the scope of the port cranes.
The procurement documentation is available to all interested parties in electronic form on the contracting authority’s official website (www.bgports.bg) in the “Buyer Profile” section from the date of the decision to open the procedure until 5:30 PM on 10.12.2013. Communications and announcements regarding the procedure progress will be published at the same address.
Participation offers are accepted at the Head Office of SE “Port Infrastructure” at the address: Sofia, “Shipka Pass” Blvd., No. 69, 4th floor, “Registry” until 5:30 PM on 17.12.2013.
The received offers will be opened at 11:00 AM on 18.12.2013 at the Head Office of SE “Port Infrastructure” in Sofia. The opening of offers is public and may be attended by procedure participants or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of mass media and non-profit legal entities.
