By Decision No. RD-10-1 of 04.06.2014 of the Director of the Territorial Division Ruse branch of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”, an open procedure for awarding a public procurement contract under the Public Procurement Act with subject: “Dredging the estuary of the Ruse-East port terminal” was announced.
