By Decision No. RD-10-19 dated 30.06.2014 of the General Director of the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company (BPIC), a procedure was initiated for awarding a public procurement under the Public Procurement Act with the subject: “Assessment of the condition of bottom sediments in the waters of Varna Lake and the sea-lake waterway”.
The deadline for submitting offers or applications for participation is 11.08.2014 until 5:30 PM. The offers will be opened on 12.08.2014 at 11:00 AM at the Headquarters of Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company in Sofia, 69 Shipchenski Prohod Blvd., floor 4.
This procurement is being conducted in fulfillment of BPI Cо.’s obligations arising from the Law on Maritime Spaces, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria for maintaining existing and constructing new approach channels, port waters, sea and river depots for dredging material disposal. It is related to the waters in Varna and Beloslav lakes and the fairway of navigation channels 1 and 2, and the need for periodic dredging works to ensure the safety of navigation
