Decision No. RD-10-31-1 dated 04.12.2013 amends the dates specified in Announcement No. 05-11-31/18.11.2013 and in the documentation for participation in the open procedure under the Public Procurement Act with the subject:
“Implementation of the IRIS Europe 3 project, including the following activities:
1. Creating an appropriate legal, organizational and technical framework for the operation of RIS services
2. Improving interfaces to competent authorities within the framework of national and international exchange of RIS data
3. Pre-project study and implementation of a pilot project for mobile RIS applications
4. Study of operational compatibility between RIS and VTMIS services
5. Dissemination (promotion and visualization) of the results of the IRIS 3 project at national and international level”
The deadline for receiving participation documentation is extended until 5:30 PM on 27.12.2013.
The deadline for receiving participation offers is extended until 5:30 PM on 06.01.2014.
The date for opening the offers is 07.01.2014 at 2:00 PM.
