On June 4, 2013, at 11:00 AM, in the building of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” in Sofia, Shipchenski Prohod Blvd. No. 69, 4th floor, room 404,
the bids of candidates for participation in an open procedure for conducting an independent financial audit of the following projects implemented by the SEPI as a specific beneficiary under the Operational Program “Transport” 2007 – 2013 will be opened:
- project “Creation of a River Information System in the Bulgarian part of the Danube River – BULRIS”;
- project “Design and Implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) for Port Infrastructure Management”;
- project “Technical Assistance for Studying the Feasibility of Implementing the Investment Project “Super Burgas – Public Access Zone”;
- project “Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) – Phase 3″.
The subject of the open public procurement is the selection of a contractor to conduct an independent financial audit on the implementation of the activities within the scope of the projects and the reporting of the incurred expenses in accordance with the requirements of the OP “Transport” 2007 – 2013 and best practices for managing projects funded by EU and national budget resources.
