On September 19, 2013, the price offers of the participants in the open procedure will be opened,
conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, for conducting an independent financial audit on the implementation of activities and reporting of expenses for the projects implemented by the SEPI, financed with funds from the Operational Program “Transport” 2007-2013.
The order covers the implementation of four projects. Two of them – “Establishment of a River Information System in the Bulgarian part of the Danube River – BULRIS” and “Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) – phase 3″ are implemented with funds from the OPT, priority axis 4 “Improvement of navigation on maritime and inland waterways”. The other two projects – “Design and implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) for port infrastructure management” and “Technical assistance for studying the possibility of implementing the investment project “Super Burgas – public access zone” are realized with funds under the priority axis “Technical Assistance” of the OP “Transport” 2007 – 2013.
The price proposals of the 15 participants in the procedure will be opened at 11:00 AM in the meeting room of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” in Sofia, Shipchenski Prohod Blvd. No. 69, floor. 4.
