Based on Art. 73, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and based on the minutes of the meetings of the appointed commission with Decision No. RD – 10-16/22.10.2012 of the General Director of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”, the contractor of a public procurement with subject “Construction of River Information Center Ruse” has been determined.
The procedure for selecting a contractor was carried out in implementation of the project “Establishment of a River Information System in the Bulgarian section of the Danube River-BULRIS” – BG 161 PO 004-4.0.01-0003, Phase 2, Lot 1.: “Construction of RIS Center Ruse and construction supervision”, financed under priority axis 4 “Improving navigation on sea and inland waterways” of the Operational Program “Transport” 2007-2013, with specific beneficiary State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”.
Three candidates took part in the procedure. Based on the assessment of the technical and price proposals, the Consortium “Dunav” (“Chris Group” EOOD, “VT Engineering” OOD and “BSA” OOD) is ranked first with a total score of 45.07 points. “Totema Engineering” EAD is ranked second with a total score of 19.98 points, and the participant “Technoimportexport” AD, whose proposal received a total score of 18.47 points, is ranked third.
With its decision, the contracting authority determines the candidate ranked first as the contractor of the order and, on the grounds of Art. 74, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, invites him to conclude a contract. The decision of the contracting authority may be appealed by any of the interested participants regarding its legality through the Commission for Protection of Competition.
