The BNT production “Light in the Infinity,” which shares intriguing facts about the lighthouses along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, has been launched. The series is broadcast with the support of the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” in the morning program “The Day Begins” from August 15, 2016, every weekday at 8:50 AM.
The ten documentaries, united under the common title “Light in the Infinity,” reveal unknown facts from the history of some of the oldest navigational structures along the Bulgarian seaside. “Lighthouses have always sparked the curiosity of those who see them,” shares the series’ author, journalist Tsvetelina Atanasova. “Some perceive them as a romantic symbol, for others they are merely a light. Some see hope in them, while others see something that brings order to the vast sea. The protagonists of the series are connected to the lighthouses, and each of them has not only emotions but also many experiences to share.” These unique maritime structures, with their historical and aesthetic value, are attracting increasing interest.
