Operational Programme on Transport and Transport Infrastructure 2014 -2020 (OPTTI) provides for the completion of major national and Pan-European transport routes on the territory of Bulgaria. The main investments are focused on projects with advanced level of performance, which were financed under OP on Transport 2007-2013, aiming at their completion. The Strategy of the Operational Programme on Transport and Transport Infrastructure 2014-2020 was developed and is based on a series of relevant documents in line with the applicable Community and national strategies and policies. It is based on the needs defined in the analysis of the current state of the transport sector, made for the objectives of the programme.
