By Decision No. RD-10-14 dated May 23, 2014, of the General Director of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure”, an open procedure has been announced for the award of a public procurement under the Public Procurement Act with the subject:
“Consulting services for the implementation of the IRIS Europe 3 project for: 1. Analysis, feasibility study and implementation of a pilot project for mobile RIS service applications; 2. Study of interoperability between RIS and VTMIS services and analysis, feasibility study and pilot project implementation; 3. Improvement of the legal, organizational and technical environment for RIS services implementation; 4. Promotion of achievements under the IRIS Europe-3 project”.
The IRIS Europe 3 project is a multi-beneficiary TEN-T project for “Implementation of River Information Services (RIS) in Europe” and represents an international initiative supported by the European Commission within the TEN-T Funding Programme, with the main objective to promote harmonized development and implementation of RIS at the European level, thereby contributing to increased safety, efficiency and environmental protection in inland waterway navigation.

Bids for participation in the procedure may be submitted until June 27, 2014, 5:30 PM.
The received bids will be opened publicly on June 30, 2014, at 2:00 PM at the Headquarters of State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure” – Sofia, 69 Shipchenski Prohod Blvd., 4th floor, room 404.
